- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 oz cream cheese
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
- Mix the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until just combined.
