  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, milk, eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Combine the wet mixture with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Heat a griddle over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with syrup.

Notes

  • For best results, let the batter rest for 10 minutes before cooking.
