  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, almond flour, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, and eggs.
  3. Add baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir until combined.
  4. Spoon the batter into muffin tins lined with paper liners.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let cool before serving.
