Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  3. Add the cold butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
