  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese and pumpkin puree until smooth.
  4. Add in sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the pumpkin mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set. Let cool completely before slicing.
