  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add asparagus and cook for another 3-5 minutes, until tender.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
