  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the pumpkin puree.
  5. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, spices, and salt.

  8. Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
