  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons instant yeast
  • 1 ½ cups warm water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
  2. Add warm water and vegetable oil. Stir until combined.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the dough, shape it into a loaf, and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  6. Cover and let rise again until puffy.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool before slicing.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, let the dough rise longer in the refrigerator overnight.
