Slow-Cooker Creamy Tuscan Chicken Pasta

  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add chicken broth, cream, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken and shred it. Return to the slow cooker.
  5. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and add to the slow cooker.
  6. Stir in spinach and Parmesan cheese. Mix well and serve.
