  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 4 carrots, chopped
  • 4 potatoes, diced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chuck roast on all sides until browned.
