Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.

  6. Place on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set.
  8. Let cool before dusting with powdered sugar.
