Spicy Deviled Eggs

These spicy deviled eggs with turkey bacon are a delightful appetizer perfect for any gathering, blending traditional flavors with a zesty twist.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering with water, and bringing to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit for 12 minutes.
  2. Once cooled, peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, paprika, and salt. Mash together until smooth.
  4. Fold in the crumbled turkey bacon and green onions.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  6. Sprinkle with additional paprika for garnish.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Adjust the spice level by varying the amount of hot sauce used.
  • For a creamier filling, add more mayonnaise.
