  • 1 cup dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the apples thoroughly.
  2. In a saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil and cook until a golden caramel forms.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract, and dip each apple in the caramel.
  4. Allow the caramel to set on a parchment-lined tray.
