  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
