  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon scallions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Marinate the steak in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak for 5-7 minutes per side.
