  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the sweet potato wedges to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the oil mixture.
  5. Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
