- 2 cups sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed corn flakes with melted butter and sprinkle over the top of the sweet potato mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add jalapeños to the mixture.
