- 2 cups sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup milk
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, boil sweet potatoes until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add green beans, sweet potatoes, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir until combined.
- Transfer mixture to a baking dish, top with cheddar cheese, and bake for 25 minutes.

- For extra crunch, top with breadcrumbs before baking.
