  • 24 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted
  • 8 ounces milk chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing just until combined after each addition.
  5. Stir in the sour cream, then fold in the melted bittersweet and milk chocolates.
  6. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
