Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the zucchini, sugars, oil, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.

  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined.
